We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully.
14-Day Dispute Window
You may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your product. After 14 days, we are unable to process refund requests.
Cases Where We Offer a Full Refund or Replacement
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. Please send us photos or a short video of the damage.
Incorrect or Missing Products
If you received the wrong item, wrong color or size, or a product with a missing component, we will send the correct item or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the incorrect item.
Out of Stock or Unable to Ship
If your ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be shipped to your location after your order is placed, you will receive a full refund.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from the date it leaves our warehouse, you are eligible for a full refund:
- USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, European countries: more than 30 days
- South America, Middle East, India, Africa: more than 60 days
- Extended timeframes may apply during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: delays caused by an insufficient address, unclaimed packages, or inability to contact the recipient are not eligible for a refund.
Missing Packages
If your package is confirmed lost during delivery, we will issue a full refund.
Cases Where We Do Not Offer Refunds
- The tracking information shows the package was delivered.
- The package was unclaimed and destroyed by the carrier.
- The delivery failed due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout.
- The package was refused at delivery or failed customs clearance.
- You simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- The item does not match a subjective preference (e.g. smell, personal taste).
- More than 14 days have passed since you received the order.
Physical Returns
Due to high international shipping costs, we generally do not require or recommend physical returns. In most cases involving damaged or incorrect items, you keep the product and we issue a refund or replacement.
If a physical return is specifically requested and agreed upon, the following conditions apply:
- You must ship the item back within 10 days of our agreement.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- You must send us the return tracking number.
How to Request a Refund
To open a refund request, please contact us with the following:
- Your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
- A screenshot of any dispute or complaint if relevant

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method.
